Jia is seeking a passionate, motivated, detail-oriented, curious and fun-loving Operations Specialist to join our team in the Philippines. You will support our small business microfinance operations, assist with partnerships, experimental pilots, customer support and product development testing. You will work closely with members of Jia’s global team and will report to the Philippines Country Manager.
Key responsibilities 💪
- Responsible for overall relationship of Jia with its members
- Introduce Jia and offer Jia Advance to assigned communities and partnership
- Responsible for site visit and validation for applicants (KYC / KYB)
- Responsible to provide member support (Email, SMS, Social Media, and Voice)
- Responsible to collaborate with members regarding payment
- Support Product initiatives and launches
- Support Marketing initiatives and launches
- Manage Jia PH social media platforms
What we’re looking for 🔍
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Bonus if you have experience working in customer experience, fintech and digital lending
